Their job has to meet several criteria: - It has to keep them intellectually stimulated. - It has to be constantly introducing new complex and interesting problems to solve. - It cannot violate their sense of ethics. - It has to be of personal interest to them (ex. I have one INTP friend who’s in university studying neuropharmacology - that’s how specific her area of interest is). - It can’t require them to adhere to a strict corporate hierarchy that they see as corrupt or inefficient. And very few jobs meet all, or even most, of these requirements.
