Decline Advice Request

As a matter of personal policy, I do not do any reviews for journals which would not publish my own work. Back in January 2017, my paper "Smooth duality and co-contra correspondence" was rejected by Representation Theory with the comments that "your paper is carefully and precisely written and proves an interesting result", "however, your paper did not compete well with the level we have been accepting recently". All I can say now is that I am not qualified to maintain the high standards of your journal of which my own research output falls short. I do not know, and I am not interested in knowing, what your "high standards" may consist in.

Терминологию, связанную со стэками, надо изучить. Но в первом приближении, будем называть стэк X квазикомпактным, если он допускает плоское покрытие…
